Our delivery times range from 1-3 business days Monday-Friday (not including weekends). Please allow us to process your order during our delivery times.

All customers are responsible for submitting their correct shipping address in order for their package to be delivered at the right location. If the package is not delivered to the right address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or if the customer is not present at their shipping address or pickup location during the time the package is delivered, the customer is responsible for redelivering their orders. My Natural Hair Delight LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses or pickup locations. My Natural Hair Delight LLC will provide tracking information as well as address confirmation before the order is delivered.

We currently do not accept international orders at this time. We only ship to customers living in the United States of America. P.O. Box & U.S. military base locations are available.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any if our items. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks accepted.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If a package has been lost or stolen due to the package being delivered to wrong shipping address or pickup location, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier by submitting the accurate tracking number and address for the investigation of their delivery.

If any product has been damaged, or if it has a wear and tear upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you. Photos of all products that has been damaged must be submitted within 7 days upon delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Any damaged product will be reshipped upon request within 30 days of their purchase.
